    Hand crafted blond lager originally brewed for the warm desert climate of San Luis. Crisp and refreshing with a bright and tantalizing malt flavor. Aromas of grains, bread, and maize.

    Brewed with an all-Weyermann grain bill for a light, clean malt base. Hopped in the kettle with Tettnang and Saphir, dry-hopped with Saaz. Light and bright with a crisp finish. Fermented cold with south German lager yeast, cold-conditioned 4 weeks. Show Less

    Hazy IPA. Aromas of pineapple, mango, and fresh lime zest. Flavors of freshly squeezed OJ and fruity pebbles, with a light body and a smooth mouthfeel. Hopped with Citra, Citra Cryo, Cashmere and Motueka.

    Liquid Geography Mencía Rosé

    Pale pink. The aromas and flavors of strawberries, red-currant, and white pepper show very good clarity and energy. Concentrated yet lithe rosado, with a nervy acid structure providing shape and lift. Finishes taut and minerally, with an echo of red berries.

    Liquid Geography is the rare rosé made with 100% Mencia, from 50+ year old vines tended in river stones and clay soils.

    VINIFICATION AND AGING:
    The free-run juice is drained at low temperature without previous maceration and under an inert atmosphere. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 12 days at 12C. 100% unoaked. Some of the carbonation is kept in the wine during fermentation to exhibit some fizz at the time of drinking.
